Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage all legal & contractual relationship externally between entity and various counter parties as well as internally.
Main Responsibilities:
•Contract:
Provide and revise various contract drafts including supply of goods & services agreements, consulting, consignments, general terms and conditions to ensure adherence to company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations. Formulate contract check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
•Court Participation:
Coordinate existing and potential litigation and ensure they are resolved/addressed.
•Advisory:
Provide legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters.
•Legal Research:
Thorough investigation and research regarding all delegated matters and submission of legal opinion in line with internal policies and regulations.
•Attending Meeting:
Attending meeting in capacity of legal representative with various internal and external stakeholders and providing legal analysis, drafting legal documents.
•Assisting Legal team in various referred matters.
Requirements
Education:
• B.S. / M.S. in Legal studies.
Work Experience and Competence:
• Minimum 3 years in a professional legal workplace.
• Licensed by Iran Central Bar Association is preferred.
• Being very accurate and attentive to details.
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
• Being good at team-work.
Languages & Computer Skills:
• Proficient user of MS Office.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
