Job Description

  • Drafting and reviewing terms and conditions of contracts, especially sales contracts.
  • Participating in various risk identification, assessment, and management initiatives.
  • Providing legal advice and working collaboratively with other team members from other departments.
  • Providing general regulatory and compliance support to various business functions.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the company's legal policies and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
  • Good command of English.
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in client counseling and transnational work.
  • Sound understanding of Iranian Contract Law.
  • Experience with multinational or international companies is an advantage.
  • Ability to interact and coordinate with cross- functional teams.
  • Systems and process orientation with strong analytical skills.
