Lead Project Control Engineer

Job Description

- Verification of the overall project schedule and progress monitoring. - Assist and guide project groups to monitor subsurface contractors performance as the work progresses to ensure that sound project control skills are applied and that control procedures conform to Contract requirements and sound practices. - Prepare, review and analyze project progress reports. - Keep project manager updated on critical project control issues as well as any issues that may have a cost or schedule impact. - Responsible for schedule preparation, analysis and reporting of critical issues or schedule trends. - Preparation of regular project reports. - Assisting project manager in developing schedule recovery plans. - Monitoring the interface and consistency in the progress reporting between the various subsurface contractors and sub-contractors to ensure correct status. - Ensuring that progress measurement and reporting information is aligned with overall project requirements.
