Job Description
1. Professional Experience & Background
Minimum of 7 years of auditing experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or audit management role.
Proven expertise in: Risk-Based Internal Auditing, design of Risk and Control Matrices (RCM), process and operational auditing, IT auditing (deep proficiency), and analysis of systems and internal controls.
Prior experience in publicly listed companies, financial institutions, or large-scale enterprises is highly preferred.
2. Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Accounting, Auditing, or Financial Management.
A Master’s degree in Finance or Management is considered an advantage.
Strong familiarity with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards) is essential.
