- Regularly visiting the market and establishing effective communication with selected and key pharmacies to increase the organization’s product sales. - Ensuring sufficient stock levels in key pharmacies in line with the company’s objectives. - Identifying and analyzing competitors’ sales activities within pharmacies and distribution companies, and providing competitive solutions aligned with the company’s resources. - Holding regular meetings with distribution companies (head office and branches) and communicating the company’s objectives and requirements to them. - Communicating and clarifying monthly sales targets, incentives, and promotional activities to distribution companies, and ensuring branches are fully informed of the monthly plans. - Maintaining regular contact with pharmaceutical authorities, either through in-person visits or phone calls, to follow up on related matters and obtain distribution plans. - Collecting and analyzing inventory reports from distribution companies in line with the announced objectives.
