Job Description

The purpose of Account Manager is to building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible. Account managers is in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks are project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing. Responsibilities: ● Generate sales among client accounts (mainly drugstores). ● Operate as the point of contact for assigned drugstores and physicians. ● Develop and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. ● Make sure clients receive requested products and services on time. ● Communicate client needs and demands to company. ● Forecast and track client account KPI’s. ● Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. ● Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients. ● Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent services. ● Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients. ● Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines. ● Keep records of client transactions.

Requirements

● Previous experience as a key account manager in health and nutrition market. ● Extensive knowledge of planning, marketing and project control. ● Ability to travel and market-visit. ● Creativity is a must. ● Excellent communication skills.
