As Key Account Manager for Modern Trade, you will have the following missions:
- Build strong relationships with the key customers by understanding their strategies
- In-depth analyses to develop business growth per key customer including competition situation/pricing
- Coordinate the implementation of activities with the Distribution Manager for the stores outside Tehran
- Leading & managing promotional and sampling activities
- Develop business with new ideas of placement; promotion; event etc.
- Create and execute specific promotional tactics per channel to reach incremental sales
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the key customer’s sales channel.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients
- Propose a strategy to develop Key Account business for each chain align with company top management
- Make sure of reconciliations to be timely done with finance
- Look for new opportunities at your customers’ (store openings, customer events, additional product locations…)
- Achieve annual targets by category within designated account(s)
- Develop and implement Customer Business Plan (utilizing all components of Customer Management Best Practice referring to Customer Management Best Practice scorecard)
- Develop and implement Account Activity plans with monthly sales reviews with customers
- Accurate knowledge of product/ brand & other Key Accounts performance and propose appropriate action
- Develop and implement category/ customer sales development activities within designated customer(s)
- Develop effective Account activities to meet Marketing objectives & Customer’s needs
Requirements
- Minimum BS degree in a business-related function
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the sales field and Key Account manager experience in an FMCG environment
- Excellent negotiation skills
