Core Responsibilities: -Work with product managers to guide and refine requirements, and design next generation features. -Create elegant & quality UX, consuming RESTful APIs -Quickly provide insight and options to UX challenges -Focus on maintaining a unified experience across multiple applications -Provide front-end architectural and esthetical thought leadership -Stay current with the fast changing landscape of browser based application development -Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms and tooling solutions

Required Skills: -Familiarity with OOP in JavaScript and developing modules in JS (AMD/RequireJS knowledge is a bonus) -Deep knowledge and experience of WEB technologies; tcp, dns, http, web-server, browser (nginx experience is a plus) -Familiarity with UX best-practices, UI optimization techniques, and a desire to stay up to date with technology trends -Experience with working with Web Services, HTML5, and JS APIs -Familiarity with CSS3 and responsive design (LESS/SASS is a bonus) -A strong foundation in programming and algorithms -Experience with Web Services, GIT, Maven or Gradle, Linux -Strong understanding of debugging for the browser - specifically Chrome developer tools -Familiarity with Cloud technologies, or virtualization -Experience with RESTful APIs or SPA are preferred -Expertise in one or more JS frameworks, and experience with MVC approaches -Experience in implementing architectures for large-scale web application systems Nice to Have, but not required: -Experienced with Cloud based systems, No-SQL databases, distributed scalable architecture, etc. -Experience in a test-driven agile environment preferred -Experience with ReactJS or Dojo
