Core Responsibilities: • Work with product managers to guide and refine requirements, and design next generation features. • Create elegant & quality UX, consuming RESTful APIs • Quickly provide insight and options to UX challenges • Focus on maintaining a unified experience across multiple applications • Provide front-end architectural and esthetical thought leadership • Stay current with the fast changing landscape of browser based application development • Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms and tooling solutions

Required Skills: • Familiarity with OOP in JavaScript and developing modules in JS (AMD/RequireJS knowledge is a bonus) • Deep knowledge and experience of WEB technologies; tcp, dns, http, web-server, browser (nginx experience is a plus) • Familiarity with UX best-practices, UI optimization techniques, and a desire to stay up to date with technology trends • Experience with working with Web Services, HTML5, and JS APIs • Familiarity with CSS3 and responsive design (LESS/SASS is a bonus) • A strong foundation in programming and algorithms • Experience with Web Services, GIT, Maven or Gradle, Linux • Strong understanding of debugging for the browser - specifically Chrome developer tools • Familiarity with Cloud technologies, or virtualization • Experience with RESTful APIs or SPA are preferred • Expertise in one or more JS frameworks, and experience with MVC approaches • Experience in implementing architectures for large-scale web application systems Nice to Have, but not required: • Experienced with Cloud based systems, No-SQL databases, distributed scalable architecture, etc. • Experience in a test-driven agile environment preferred • Experience with ReactJS or Dojo
