● Troubleshoot various types of software, hardware, and network group work. ● Launch ESXI and create virtual machines. ● Troubleshoot Mikrotik. ● Create shared folders with different access levels. ● Do daily backup from network and accounting software.

Requirements

● In-depth knowledge of SQL Server. ● Skilled in providing quality and timely on-site or remote user technical support effectively. ● Skilled in checking and fixing system software defects and following up to fix them. ● In-depth knowledge of ICDL. ● Help desk support experience. ● Familiar with documenting and standardizing related items. ● Familiar with the distribution industry.
