Job Description

● Answer user support questions. ● Provide support in person, by phone, or via remote access. ● Diagnose problems with computer software, peripherals, and hardware. ● Implement software diagnostic tools and physical inspection of hardware systems. ● Provide basic computer training, especially in general software such as Microsoft Office. ● Support servers by troubleshooting, backing up, and monitoring their performance.

Requirements

● Fluent in network concepts (Network+). ● Familiarity with storage and backup solutions such as Veeam. ● Familiarity with virtualization solutions such as VMware. ● Familiarity and experience working with Cisco and Microtek equipment in the field of switching and routing. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office. ● Familiar with SharePoint. ● Familiar with WordPress. ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. ● At least two years of work experience. ● Age range: 27 years old.
