Job Description

● Determine the strategy of the IT unit in purchasing, designing, and implementing new software. ● Repair, maintain and support the organization's hardware and software. ● Identify and announce all new IT cases related to the company's business. ● Provide written programs in order to improve the organization in the fields of software, network, site, and related technologies.

Requirements

● Fluent in Windows Server, SQL Server, and Linux operating systems. ● Mastery of network concepts and port types (having an MCITP or MCSE degree is an advantage). ● Fluent in Backup. ● Mastery of hardware concepts and having the ability to solve hardware problems. ● Complete familiarity with VoIP system. ● Complete familiarity with VMware ESXi. ● Fluent in the concept and methods of IT support. ● Complete familiarity with the virtual machine system. ● Adequate familiarity with CCTV software and hardware and the ability to set it up or develop it. ● Adequate familiarity with the central system. ● Ability to set up a web service - IIS. ● Relative familiarity with Web Service Document. ● Complete familiarity with English. ● At least ten years of work experience. ● At least five years of managerial experience. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or other related fields. ● A calm, committed, trustworthy, honest, responsible, and orderly person.
