• Handling all IT manager general responsibilities.
• Reporting to: CEO
• Subordinates: IT Department
• Develop and drive the IT strategic and tactical plan.
• Provide transparency into operation by developing data and reporting of KPI’s and trends.
• Oversees 100% of the helpdesk request, incident and related problems. Manages and coordinates urgent and complicated support issues.
• Develop, implement and maintain desktop support processes and policies to support the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
• Experience supporting a mixed Windows/Mac environment.
• Experience designing and maintain an office network, including VPN, Active Directory, LDAP servers and more.
• Experience in Cisco switches.
• Experience in securities camera.
• Experience in integrating cloud based services with traditional IT systems.
• BS degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 8 years of IT experience and at least 2 years managing experience.
