Job Description

IT Manager is responsible for management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for an organization. Role description: ● Design and planning of IT and ICT infrastructure. ● Manage and provide innovative solutions. ● Define and implement ICT policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with organization strategy. ● Create, agree, communicate and implement the ICT strategy and supporting plans. ● Direct, monitor and design ICT-related projects and activities. ●Manage ICT capital and expenditure in line with the agreed ICT budget. ● Modify approved programs and activities to meet the requirements. ● Risk management. ● Supervise the design, implementation and operation of IT, ICT systems and networks. ● Supervise the development, upgrade and maintenance of hardware and network equipment. ● Improve IT and ICT activities and their quality.

Requirements

Education: ● IT, ICT, Computer Engineering. Experience: ● Over 10 years. Skills: ● Expert at all areas of IT, ICT. ● Expert at Microsoft dynamics AX . ● Demonstrated experience in leading ICT teams. ● Expert at management of topology and integration of software systems such as ERP. ● Knowledge management. Competency: ● Result oriented. ● Stress management. ● Expert at negotiation. ● Analytical thinking. ● Conflict management. ● Human resources management. ● Motivation management. ● Risk management. ● Developing employee’s skills. ● Systematic solution provider.
