Job Description

- Maintaining and administering computer networks - Evaluating the organization's technology use and needs and recommending improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replacing defective components when necessary - Managing backup, security and user help systems - Planning, coordinating, and implementing network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware - Preserving assets, information security and control structures - Managing complex technical projects and issues - Directing daily operations of department and analyzing workflow - Maintaining servers across different ISPs - Communicating with counterparts and software resellers, etc...
