Job Purpose: Manage and develop IT people, business software and required infrastructure in order to achieve corporate strategies
Main Duties
- Oversee all operational aspects of IT including Help desk processes, ERP/Information Systems, networking and telecommunications infrastructures, data center(s), information security, outsourced and contracted services
- Design and develop new features or systems
- Manage IT team performance
- Develop and implement backup and recovery plans for all IT services
- Manage technical projects and issues
- Foster a technology culture throughout the organization
Requirements
- At least 5 years experiences in IT field (Supervisory experience is an advantage)
- BS or MS degree in information technology, computer science, applied computing, ecommerce, engineering or a closely related field
- Age 30 to 45
- Expert in Oracle database development language and tools including PL/SQL, Forms and Reports, Apex
- Familiar with Java Script, CSS and web services
- Familiar with networking and virtualization
- Familiar with CMS platforms like word press
- Familiar with infrastructure technologies and tools including VMware, Citrix, Mikrotik, Kerio, Active Directory and Exchange
- Familiar with business processes and process-oriented organization
- Passionate about learning and applying the modern technologies
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people effectively
- Ability to identify customers’ and users’ needs in order to determine software specifications
- Ability to define, plan and lead enterprise projects
- Ability to coach and lead people professionally
