IT Manager

Job Description

- Manages and supervises assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources - Provides reporting to management on compliance to established metrics and service level agreements - Supports new innovative technology initiatives with focus on digitization of the enterprise, services - Assists in the development of short and long range plans; and studies standardized procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT group operations - Manages all relationships and contracts with external partner support organizations to ensure support service levels, - Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedure - Ensure Company projects/Requests are implemented with the least risk and highest quality within the defined timeline. - manage all software and hardware activities within company - feasibility study for finding new ways of internal network such as new programs databases ,... - Running regular checks on network and data security - Conducting regular system audits - Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget - preparing IT master plan - Overseeing and determining time-frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages - Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related products and services - Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
