● Installing operating systems.
● Laptop maintenance (OS t-Shoot, fresh install, image restore).
● Installing software and application required by staff.
● Resolving staff IT-related issues.
● Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in BAT Pars.
● Establish strong work relationships with BAT Pars staff, external suppliers, and business partners.
● Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards as applicable to BAT Pars.
● Installation and troubleshooting of devices such as printers, and scanners.
Requirements
● More than two years of experience as an IT Service Desk/HelpDesk.
● Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
● Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain and Network is a plus.
● Service management, and inventory management skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in Persian and English.
● Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment.
● Being on-call to handle emergency issues remotely or on-site.
