Job Description

BAT PARS IS LOOKING FOR AN IT-Marketing Help Desk (Application Support). FUNCTION: IT LOCATION: Tehran ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES: To assist IT-Marketing Team with providing high-quality of required services in line with functional timelines. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: ● Providing telephone and onsite support to the field force team. ● Capturing the application issues and trying to understand the root causes. ● Reporting the problems to the supplier and following up till it is solved. ● Controlling and tracking IT assets and making sure they are in good condition to support the business. ● Documenting the processes and making sure the defined processes are being followed. ● Engaging with stakeholders and understanding business requirements. ● Training new users and supporting them until they are able to do their assigned tasks.


● Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● At least two years of experience in application support. ● Knowledge of Oracle database concepts. ● Knowledge of Android and Web Applications. ● Familiar with Oracle DB queries and query optimization for report generation. ● Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. ● Familiar with sales and distribution processes. ● Written and spoken knowledge of English. ● Interpersonal skills. ● Analytical skills. ● Attention to detail. ● Communication skills. ● Documentation and organizational skills. ● Stakeholder management skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Fast learner and self-motivated. ● Team player.
