Job Description

As an IT Help Desk Expert, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within the CO. in terms of network, hardware, and computer systems. Role description: ● Handle support requests and procedures across the network. ● Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in CO. ● Handle support requests and procedures across the network. ● Establish strong work relationships with CO staff ● Ensure compliance with IT strategy and standards as applicable to CO ● Installation and troubleshooting of devices such as printers, scanners IT devices.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software or Computer Science is preferred. ● Teamwork spirit.
