Job Description

● Meet with customers and diagnose the failure and fix the software defects of the devices. ● Direct Manager: Service Manager. ● Probation period: 2 months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9:30 to 18:30 and Thursdays 9:30 to 14:00. ● Travel requirements: No. ● Rewards and benefits: Annual bonus.

Requirements

● Proficient in Mac and Windows platforms. ● Familiarity with Mac and Windows hardware and software. ● Familiarity with basic hardware and software troubleshooting methods on Mac and Windows platforms. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Friendly and accurate. ● High public relations. ● Ability to interact and talk with the customer, if necessary.
