● Set up and support the company's software and hardware systems network.
● Provide technical assistance for questions and problems.
● Report network errors to the network administrator and resolve them.
● Diagnose software and hardware system errors and other issues.
● Track user problems to ensure complete resolution of issues.
● Be on-call on a day off.
Requirements
● Mastery of the concepts of computer networks (preferably with MTCNA, CCNA, and documents).
● Familiarity with the operating system (Windows and Linux).
● Familiarity with the concepts and work with databases (SQL server, and My SQL).
● Have information about IP cameras.
● Understanding the concepts of API and web service.
● Familiarity with monitoring software (Solar and Zabbix).
