Job Description

- Supporting ERP system (experience in implementing Rahkaran System is an advantage) - Able to design & develop Query codes in SQL server - Develop documentation for all related business events and process and procedure - Continuous code maintenance and improvement - Monitor computer system performance to ensure proper operations - Support and maintain servers, systems, services and performance optimization.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of similar experience in technical IT support, help desk, service desk - Familiar with network administration - Excellent teamwork - Expert in SQL Server - Advance skill in Access and Excel - Knowledge about Hamkaran system, chargon is considered a plus
