Establish, install and maintain required hardware/software, laptop/desktops, antivirus and printer/scanners
Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
Follow up with purchase plan of IT equipment/facilities
Prepare regular reports of IT equipment inventory to IT
Supervisor Maintain main workstation according to

Provide telecommunication support including bandwidth, telephone, wireless link
Maintenance and improvement of data security and daily performance of computer systems
Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system
Supports new innovative technology initiatives with focus on digitization of the enterprise, products and services
Ensure the development and maintenance of a knowledge management network regarding IT and business developments.
Manage and administer all aspects of user account management such as password, group policy, and privilege management for user access
Requirements
At least 5 years of IT management experience
Good knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, MS Office software
Experience with computer hardware and software, Network, database, server, communication system
Knowledge of computer operation and software applications
Prior experience in handling admin tasks
Fluent in network management and server
Ability to documenting and technical reporting
Team-working skills
Interested in knowledge upgrading and having the ability to learn new technologies
Familiarity with Network security
Having strong communication skills
Excellent in English reading and writing skills
