
Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing IT strategy and digital transformation aligned with the high-level -objectives of Mihan Holding and its specialized operating companies.
- Leading and supervising the performance of specialized units including (Data, Network, Systems Development, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence).
- Designing and developing the enterprise IT architecture to ensure integration, scalability, and stability of systems and infrastructure.
- Directing key IT and digital transformation projects from needs assessment through execution, delivery, and results evaluation.
- Establishing and strengthening data governance, information security, and technical standards across the holding company.
- Developing and operationalizing business intelligence and data analytics solutions to support managerial decision-making.
- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing applied AI opportunities in the organization's processes, products, and services.
Competencies:
- Strong ability to lead and manage specialized IT teams across various domains.
- Mastery of strategic IT planning and digital transformation leadership in holding-type organizations.
- Thorough knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure.
- Sound knowledge in the areas of data, data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analytics.
- Experience in managing IT projects
