Job Description

IT Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT solutions and also providing IT support to all users across the head office in Tehran and factory in Saveh. She/he serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or ticketing system. The role will cover the factory IT site which is based in Saveh. Responsibilities: ● Plan, monitor, and ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables with quality. ● Analyze trends of incidents in the IT Help Desk System, and create problem tickets. ● Provide permanent solutions to fix the problem tickets. ● Implement changes as per approved change request, validate and confirm once completed close change request. ● Test and implement security patches released by the vendor without delay following the change management process. ● Maintain backup configuration covering objects being backed up, frequency, schedule, and retention. Any changes are to be approved by the IT service owner. ● Ensure restoration from backup and Disaster Recovery testing of Sales solutions are completed annually and results recorded. ● Check daily backup status; work with the Infrastructure team to ensure any failures are rectified in a timely manner. ● Review vendor performance against the agreed contract and SLA at an agreed frequency. ● Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement once agreed with the IT service owner.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in IT. ● Minimum 7 years of IT experience. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. ● Ability to present technical ideas in a simple language both in verbal and written. ● Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. ● Knowledge of Microsoft Office. ● Knowledge of MCITP and MCSE. ● Knowledge of CCNA. ● Knowledge of Servers, Networks, Security, Antivirus, and CCTV.
