• The configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Following subscribers’ escalated problems
• Troubleshoot network failures and performance issues.
• Be responsible for accurate request and incident ticket updates and timely communication during the life-cycle of the incident ticket
• Documentation, Presenting and updating reports
• Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements
• 4 years of experience of network operation in Service Provider
• Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNP
• Solid knowledge and experience of OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, MST.
• knowledge and experience of MPLS, VPLS, QoS is a huge advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper.
• Familiar with ITIL and Ticketing Systems
• High skill in solving problems and providing optimal solutions
• Experience in monitoring software including Zabbix and Cacti
• Communicate with customers to identify requirements
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure situation
• Good social communication skills
• Intermediate English Knowledge
