Job Description
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of selected listed and non-listed companies. - Conduct fundamental analysis of companies; build financial models and valuation tools. - Write concise and detailed reports (Farsi and English) on analyzed companies. - Conduct market and industry research as and when needed. - Assist in conducting economic research, particularly in gathering data and analyzing key macro-economic trends. - Other ad-och research and reports, based on the company's needs. - Assist in structuring financial instruments and transactions for clients - Assist in conducting financial, legal and economic due diligence on select companies.
Requirements
Education: - A strong analytical degree from a reputable university, degree preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics Skills & Experiences: - At least 1 year full time experience in a finance-related field, preferably in equity research/investment banking/asset management is ESSENTIAL or experience in investment services group. - Strong analytical skills, comfortable with complex numerical modelling - Fluency in English - Ability to write reports in a concise and professional manner is a must. - Knowledge/experience of financial modelling - Knowledge of accounting/financial statements - Knowledge/experience of the Tehran Stock Exchange is desirable. - Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Other Desirable Skills/Qualifications: - Relevant professional qualifications either from Iran or internationally, e.g. CFA, ACCA, IMC, Iranian Tier 2 and Tier 1 market analysis certificate. - Knowledge of global financial markets and products.
