Job Description
- Check primary documents on materials and equipment supply and book them in the accounting system.
- Conduct reconciliations with counterparties.
- Accounting for the movements of inventory items (office inventory items, inventory items at fields).
- Control inventory taken in the company’s offices and at fields.
- Prepare internal regulations in the area of responsibilities.
- Prepare reports as per the requests of the management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry; at least 2 years of experience working in an inventory area.
- Proficiency in English at least an intermediate level is required.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information under limited time conditions.
- Focus on achieving results.
- ACCA, or CIMA certificates.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, and SUMFS).
- Good analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Stress resistance.
