Job Description

  • Control and verify information available on the site.
  • Inventory control of products on the site.
  • Respond to customer comments and questions.
  • Update pages, information and supply of goods.
  • Track online orders from the time of registration to shipping and delivery to customers.
  • Develop sales plans.
  • Provide suggestions to increase sales.
  • Check and solve the problems of sending goods.
  • Respond to customers outside of working hours (being on call).
  • Communicate with customers on social networks.
  • Prepare sales reports.
  • Establish relationships with website users to convert them into customers.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with Photoshop.
  • Familiar with the online sales process.
  • Familiar with web browsing and the Internet.
  • Familiar with sales and marketing techniques.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Committed and responsible.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Interested in digital marketing and internet sales.
  • Familiar with content creation, SEO, social networks and online sales is an advantage.
  • Familiar with the management panel of marketplaces (such as Digikala and Snapshop and WordPress website management) is an advantage.
  • People who have experience in home appliances are considered a priority.
