Job Description

Job Description: - Responsible of new store openings, carrying out operational processes. - Supports the store managers as a mentor when necessary. - Substitutes for Area Managers when necessary. - Does the market research and analysis of competition, creates an action plan and shares with the Country Manager. - Identifies the necessary measures to increase the sales in the stores and gives feedbacks to Area/Country Managers (Cash register, product, unit placement etc.) - Follows the stores stocks, shipments acceptances and return processes in accordance with the direction of Country Manager. Shares the wrong applications and action plans with Country Manager. - Manages the warehouses which are not under the control of Logistics Department (central warehouse, product return warehouses etc.) - Identifies the risks for the financial affairs related issues which are under his/her responsibility such as checking the salary-bonuses, store cash deficit, advance payments etc. - Plans weekly business trips to the countries, reports to the Country Manager regarding action plans, travel reports etc. - Coordinates and controls to have the Leasing activities for his/her responsible

Requirements

Required Qualifications: - University degree - Ready to relocate to Iran immediately - At least 3 years of experience in retail experience - Ability to travel internationally - Good level of English both verbal & written(Turkish or Persian is required) - Analytic thinking skill - Reporting & analysis skills
