As part of its next phase of growth, PTC GROUP is building a world class profitability, capital allocation, and investment reporting framework capable of providing transparent and accurate performance measurement across multiple companies, projects, investors, and international markets.

To support this initiative, we are seeking a International Profitability, Partnership & Investment Expert

with the capability to design sophisticated profitability and investment analysis models for a multi company international business environment.

This is NOT a traditional accounting position.

Key Mission
Design and implement a financial framework that can accurately determine:
• Actual profit and loss of each project
• Actual profit attributable to each investor
• Profitability by company, business unit, product line, and market
• Realized vs Unrealized profits
• Capital allocation efficiency
• Partnership and joint venture profitability
• Foreign exchange impact on profitability
• Inventory based profit calculations
• Investor entry and exit settlements

Core Responsibilities
1. Analytical Profitability & Investment structuring
• Build project based and investor based profitability models
• Design profit allocation methodologies for complex partnership structures
• Develop capital based return models
• Calculate NAV and investor equity positions
• Analyze project IRR, ROI, ROCE and capital productivity
• Create investment performance dashboards
2. Partnership & Joint Venture Accounting
• Design transparent profit sharing mechanisms
• Calculate partner settlements and distributions
• Establish investor reporting frameworks
• Develop partnership accounting standards
• Support free zone and international partnership structures
3. Corporate Finance
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Working capital optimization
• Treasury and liquidity planning
• Capital structure analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Risk adjusted profitability analysis
4. Strategic Reporting
• Group level financial reporting
• Multi company consolidation
• Business intelligence dashboards
• Executive reporting for shareholders
• KPI framework design
5. Systems & Controls
• Design ERP driven profitability tracking systems
• Develop cost allocation methodologies
• Implement internal financial controls
• Build automated management reporting processes
• Mandatory Requirements

Applicants will be rejected if they do not possess most of the following qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience
• Proven experience in profitability modeling
• Strong corporate finance background
• Experience with investment analysis and valuation
• Deep understanding of cost allocation methodologies
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in multi company environments
• Experience with import/export businesses
• Strong understanding of inventory based profitability
• Ability to design financial frameworks from scratch

Highly Preferred
• CFA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA Finance or equivalent
• Experience in holding companies
• Treasury management experience
• Investment fund or private equity exposure
• ERP implementation experience
• International business experience
• Experience in Free Trade Zones
• Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts
