International Commercial Manager, responsible for strategic decision-making in international trade, managing macro-level currency and legal risks, and leading the strategic direction of the foreign supply network. This role entails developing and navigating international supply chains, managing complex import and export processes, and ensuring full compliance of all commercial activities with international laws and protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Design import/export strategies focused on managing geopolitical and currency risks.
• Manage complex Trade Finance tools and currency guarantees.
• Conduct high-level negotiations with international partners to secure sustainable resources.
• Ensure strict compliance with international trade law and handle commercial dispute resolution.
• Drive data-driven decisions based on macro-economic forecasts and global market shifts.
Requirements:
• Education: Master’s degree in International Business, International Commercial Law, or Economics.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in international trade, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Key Skills:
• Full proficiency in international payment instruments and commercial documents, letters of credit, and international trade law.
• Strong Business Acumen for global market analysis.
