Job Description

As the internal process manager on our team, your primary responsibility will be to review, improve, and develop operational processes to enhance the quality of our services. You will identify key issues and determine which require immediate attention and which can be delegated to future projects, finding the best solutions for each problem. Additionally, you will develop and execute process details. This role will continue after the deployment of each process to ensure new processes or changes made to existing processes have resolved the initial problem, completing the feedback cycle.

Your role is vital to the success of Miare as an industry leader in food delivery. Your ability to identify areas of improvement, develop effective strategies, and execute them will be key to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing processes and develop data-driven solutions to address bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize internal processes.
  • Monitor process performance and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Train and educate team members on new and improved processes, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and online spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.
