Job Description:
_ Effective achievement of Internal Control and Compliance objectives
_ Assist in the Preparation of the Internal Control and Compliance budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget
_ Assist in implementing approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions
_ Assist in supervising the day-to-day operations of Internal Control and Compliance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
_ Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement
_ Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet the Internal Control and Compliance department requirements, policies, and standards
