Job Description
To focus on internal communications with all employees for the purposes of increasing engagement within the business, and raising staff awareness of key business priorities.
● Ensure all staff have access to a range of internal communications, so they are able to keep up to date with important news, share information and raise concerns.
● Manage the compilation and distribution of the internal staff newsletter. (writing and editing content, arranging photography, overseeing design).
● Event handling.
● Use staff feedback to recommend and implement new initiatives to improve internal communications.
● Maintain and review employee communications at all contact points within the business, make suggestions where change is required.
● Create and deliver internal communications plans to further increase business.
● Compile and publish monthly newsletters or podcasts.
