Job Description

Main responsibilities: - Proficient in the process of underwriting /claims adjustment in one of the fields of Insurance. - Purpose of underwriting: The process of determining whether to accept a risk and at what rate and conditions. In another means underwriting is examining accepting or rejecting insurance risks and classifying the ones that are accepted in order to charge appropriate. - Purpose of claims adjustment: The process of requesting for a payment based on the terms of an insurance policy, assembling the necessary documentation to ensure that the policy holder\'s claim is correct and complete, and in the other words, reviewing the validity of submitted claims and pays out once approved.

Requirements

University qualifications: - At least B.S or M.S in Management / Insurance management preferred. Previous experience: - At least 2 years of proven related experience in insurance industry. Other Skills: - Familiarity with insurance industry’s rules and regulations. - Excellent organizational behavior skills. - Quickly and effectively solve customer disputes. - Team working. - Excellent communication, organizational and written skills. - Decision making and problem solving skills. - Customer oriented.
