The responsibilities of required role include but not limited to:
- Designing and implementing systems and methods for planning the production targets
- Implementing corrective and preventive measures
- Assessing the effectiveness and adaptation of systems to executive processes and developing system
documentation of the organization
- Collaborating in the formulation and preparation of internal standards and control of the organization records and
documents
- Work closely with Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, Finance and Maintenance Teams to plan and monitor
inventory levels and production lead times
- Schedule and direct Production Planning Meetings and track production performance to schedule, develop and
maintain Bills of Material for all production processes
- Estimate costs, setting the quality standards and ensure that the production is cost effective
- Diagnose, review and re-engineer the work processes periodically and continuously and identify the new
organizational systems and methods associated with the organization's activities
- Develop long term an d short term plans for increasing production capacity and decreasing costs
Requirements
- Master in Industrial Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
- Work experience between 5 to 10 years (pharmaceutical is a plus)
- Ability to work well with computers and the Internet
- Understanding Organizational Excellence Approach and Quality Management Standards
- Ability to regulate and formulate regulations, guidelines and procedures of quality management systems
- Ability to analyze management system reports, ability to formulate and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality
management system
- Good innovation and analytical skills, high self-confidence
- Leadership or team work qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good command of English
