We seek an experienced person to lead the student Admission and Visa services at one of Australia's or Canada's Educational Institutes. Responsibilities: ● Working closely with the team to achieve positive outcomes for the client (we've had almost a 100% success rate on every student visa). ● Preparing, reviewing, and lodging Admission-related applications (e.g. high school and University applications) with the support of a capable admin team. ● Preparing, reviewing, and lodging complex documents relating to Students (e.g. SOP, GTE, Study Plan, and CV) with the support of the admin team. ● Liaising with clients and responding to their more complex inquiries. ● Providing guidance and instruction for admin assistants. ● Conducting Student visa policy and regulation research. ● Client case management (e.g. managing case notes and timelines).
Requirements
Essential technical competencies: ● International student service experience with at least six months of experience in a similar role. ● Competency in handling visa applications from start to finish (you'll have the support of an admin team and also the principal-agent). ● Fluent English speaker equal to IELTS 6.0. ● Ability to plan for students to archive their application process from Admission to Visa. ● Good computer skills.
