Job Description

As an Immigration Consultant (the USA and Canada) at MM Consulting Firm, you will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls from customers reaching out to apply for university admission and student visa in the U.S. and Canada. Commissions, as well as salary, will be paid. You will be working in an office in Tehran. Having relevant work experience is required. You will be responsible for: ● Thorough and professional telephone or online consultation about USA and Canadian university admissions requirements and student visa policies and procedures. ● Consult applicants to know their status and goals, analyze their status based on admission policies, and inform them about the best possible routes. ● Perform all duties assigned by the employer.

Requirements

● Proficiency in English (knowledge of French, German, Italian, and Spanish will be an advantage). ● Relevant work experience or high learning ability. ● Familiarity with the process of getting admission from foreign universities. ● Relative familiarity with the process of issuing visas to European countries or the United States and Canada. ● Hardworking and persistent. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Minimum age: 25 years old. ● High self-confidence and high ability in telephone and face-to-face negotiation.
