Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Canadian Visa Experts to advise and guide our potential clients. If you are familiar with immigration and visa pathways to Canada, this is the perfect job for you. Responsibilities: ● Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising clients on suitable immigration pathways. ● Work with clients directly to gather the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner. ● Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile. ● Prepare forms and other documents accurately according to information received from clients. ● Meet the assigned targets. ● Finalize and submit immigration application packages to the appropriate governmental agency. ● Monitor submitted applications and track deadlines and expiration dates.

Requirements

● At least one year of experience. ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Fluent in English. ● Prior experience in Canadian visa, immigration, sales, and counseling. ● Ability to communicate effectively and concisely. ● Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. ● Familiarity with computers and the internet. ● Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. ● Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow. ● Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
