● Prepare and update job descriptions and job specification.
● Formulate competency models.
● Develop compensation and benefits plans.
● Design appraisal system and implementing it.
● Cooperate with recruitment team for onboarding the new employees.
● Implement various learning methods.
● Formulate IDP & career path plans for strategic jobs and key performer based on performance analysis to continually develop the employees.
● Monitor HR metrics and suggesting the action plan for improving them.
● Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods.
Requirements
● At least 3 years' experience as an HRD specialist.
● BSc degree in Industrial engineering and MSc degree in HRM.
● Proficient in MS and Excel.
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
● People oriented and results driven.
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Self and time management.
