Senior Human Resources Consultant / HR Business Partner

CanDo Holding Company is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Consultant/ HR
Business Partner to support the growth and development of the Group and its subsidiaries,
including ITC, KSGI, ICP and EPICO.
This is a senior role requiring strong practical experience in organizational development, cultural improvement, performance management, recruitment, training, internal communications,
succession planning and HR process improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to help build a more
professional, structured, accountable and performance-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will include developing HR strategies, improving organizational structures, preparing job descriptions, strengthening HR policies and supporting better internal communication across the Group.
The candidate will be responsible for improving company culture, promoting teamwork and accountability, implementing performance evaluation systems and supporting recruitment for key
positions.
The role will also include assessing training needs, coordinate employee development programs and supporting succession planning by identifying key roles, high-potential employees and future leadership requirements.
The candidate will also assist management in improving business processes, employee relations, reporting systems and overall organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Human Resources, Management,
Organizational Psychology or Business Administration, with solid senior HR experience.
Experience in an industrial, engineering, construction, energy or project-based organization would be highly desirable.
The candidate should be professional, organized, trustworthy, practical and confident in working with senior managers and employees at all levels.
Strong communication skills in Persian and English are required.
