-Reporting into GM
-Providing daily and monthly channel-wise actual sales dashboards, assessing sales trend comparing to full year budget, analyzing deviations and presenting to GM, manpower budgets etc.
-Budget planning, cost controlling and ensuring to comply within the budget for overhead costs
-Maintaining organized system of physical and digital records
-Proposing, documentation and implementation of company Policies & Procedures
-Creating monthly status reports of contract terms including commercial and non-commercial agreements
-Managing all Iran and Afghanistan HR procedures e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, attendance and payroll, development plan, performance management, engagement activities, accommodation and visa
-Monthly attendance and salary, SSO, tax payment
-Office management of both head and sales office and lead subordinate
-Team coordination
-Financial account reconciliation
-Financial data entry in the system (Rahkaran)
*Working days 5.5 days a week
Requirements
-Minimum Graduate with nearly 2-3 years experience in HR Administration
Preferably from - Food / FMCG/ Trading - Sales & Distribution Background
-Have basic secretarial skills
-Supporting senior management
-Ideal Age Range: 23 - 32
