
Job Description
•Plan, direct, or coordinate human resources activities and staff of an organization. •Designing & Delivering effective HRM practices. •Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, referring disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. •Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. •Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. •Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, and labor relations activities of an organization. •Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations. •Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, •performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Requirements
•BSC or Master in HR management, Industrial engineering or related major. •At least 3 years of experience in related areas. •A proven track record of delivering success through teamwork. •Age Range: 25 to 45. •5 -10 years of combined business/ operations and HR experience reporting to a senior manager
