Job Description

Support the Human Resource Director and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments in the organization Communicate with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing Information. Preparing specialized HR reports (recruitment trends, demographic statistics and analysis, job satisfaction analysis...) Conduct statistical analysis of data and information with SPSS and Maintain data warehouse of all assessment scores. Responsible to ensure that the required assessments are identified, developed and/or acquired in order to meet business needs. Review, research, recommend and execute best practice in assessment. Planning and implementing HR improvement projects Preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales. Executing the attribute and psychometric test Designing and implementing talent management programs Assisting in recruitment processes, screening & interviews and management of CV databases. Supervision and follow suggestions of suggestion system Requirements

Requirements

Education: BA or Master Degree in psychology, consulting, Management or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years HR experience essential Language: Good command of written and oral English • Knowledge in Assessment & Evaluation • Report preparing • Professional skills in SPSS software. • Familiar with Performance Management system. Skills: • Highly motivated, self-starter • Committed and result oriented • Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Good communication and analytical skills, • Proactive and positive. • Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly recruitment and development
