
Job Description
The role is included all the responsibilities in the Human Resource function including Admin support service. This will involve ensuring the development and implementation of all HR systems, such as manpower and recruitment plans, salary and grading structures including job evaluation, market salary data, salary increase budgets, etc, training and development programs, career and succession planning schemes, communication programs etc. Provides advice and support to managers on all related HR & admin issues and ensures the company can attract, retain and motivate good quality employees Main Duties; Prepare the Monthly salary for company staff and payslip. Assist in developing and implementing C&B strategies and structures that align with company goals. Assisting in maintaining pay plan by conducting periodic follow up, scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions Assist HR Manager in providing the performance management by planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Assist in providing training for all staff in organization specially managers to coach and discipline their staff
Requirements
An undergraduate degree (B.Sc.), preferably in Industrial Engineering At least 3 years of HR experience ideally working with HAMKARAN C&B System Positive attitude to delivering quality work for both staff and management Presentation & Interpersonal Skills
