Job Description

- Establish the HSE and security management plan for the sake of loss prevention of the factory. - Plan for and perform the factory HSE and security management programs - Coordinating Training Programs - Check and improve the hazardous construction work conditions - Establish an emergency action plan in preparation of an accident occurrence in order to save the situation and restore the area after the situation is over. - Preparing reports, record and keep the statistics of accident reports. - Provide the preventive plans for hazardous material handling. - Preparing safety guidelines for all machineries and instrument

Requirements

- Experience of managing HSE on factory, chemical industries - Experience and understanding of technical HSE - Excellent legislative knowledge and the ability to implement and manage HSE legislation - Full conversant with HSE standards, codes and industry practices - At list 2years experience.
