- Quantitative risk assessment (QRA) development
- Emergency response plan development for production facilities
- Plant safety reviews, such as Fire hazard zone and safe zone drawings.
- Promote the awareness of HSE across the factory.
- Motivate and guide line management in the implementation of procedures and solutions to reduce the HSE impact of relevant activities.
- Ensure that all legal requirements concerning HSE are fully implemented
- Monitor and report on compliance with company policy and legal requirements for all HSE requirements.
- Facilitate and coordinate the plant's HSE risk assessment program, including assessment, incident investigation, and corrective action and auditing
- Facilitate and coordinate monthly HSE meeting and on time submission of the minutes to relevant authorities
- Ensuring overall compliance with approved laws and policies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering or Industrial safety engineering from a recognized university
- Familiar with API 520, 521 and 526 standards
- Good knowledge of Chemicals and Pressure relief systems
- Strong knowledge of safety features of chemical equipment
- Good knowledge of Safe warehouse and chemical storage and chemical compatibility
- Good knowledge of English (writing and comprehension)
- Highly skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
