• Research and needs analysis.
• Translate training materials for staff
• Design course material in line with NQF, HR and dept. requirements.
• Work closely with Brands HQ to build the courses in line with their guidelines
• Instructional Design for e-learning material
• Update course material on a regular basis
• Measurement and evaluation of training.
• Guide and support learners
• Weekly reporting and Monthly report in full and on-time
• Co-ordinate and implement all regional Sales Training requirements
• Traveling and after hours work may require
